StablesPay Privacy
This notice explains the operational data StablesPay uses to run merchant payment infrastructure during pilot access.
Information we process
We process account and workspace information, authentication events, merchant profile details, device and browser metadata, payment and ledger metadata, risk review notes, and support communications needed to operate the service.
How it is used
Data is used to authenticate users, enforce permissions, verify wallet ownership, detect payments, maintain ledger records, support audits, prevent abuse, and coordinate merchant requests with independent service providers where approved by the merchant.
Limits
StablesPay does not use privacy disclosures to expand the fund flow. The service remains non-custodial and does not take possession of merchant or customer assets.
