Stablecoin payments. Merchant control.
Create payment requests, verify on-chain payments, and give finance a record to reconcile. Customers pay directly to a wallet you control.
How it works
One connected workflow for the customer, the cashier and your finance team.
One request. Every payment detail.Share an order-linked QR code or payment link. Your customer sees the amount, asset and network together before paying from a compatible wallet.
Submitted is not confirmed.Match on-chain activity to the request and check the required network confirmations. A submitted transaction is not the same as a confirmed payment. A customer screenshot alone does not prove an order is paid.
From payment to the order behind it.Review payment records with their order references, on-chain evidence and timestamps. Export for reconciliation, with traceable corrections rather than overwritten history.
Your funds take the direct route.
StablesPay records the payment.
What your customer sees
Amount, network and payment status in one place, with a compatible wallet your customer controls.
See the local-currency price beside the stablecoin amount, with the quote details available to review.
Check the asset, network and receiving address in one place, then review them in your wallet before paying.
Follow the payment from submission to confirmation. A pending transaction stays pending until the required checks pass.
Pay from a compatible self-custody wallet on the supported network. Centralized exchange withdrawals are not supported.

Direct to your wallet
Customers pay your merchant-controlled receiving wallet. StablesPay provides the request, verification workflow and payment record; it does not hold, pool or move merchant funds.
Optional bank payout
Where enabled, you transfer stablecoins directly to an independent settlement partner. That partner pays fiat to your bank account. StablesPay coordinates quotes and records the stages.
On-chain confirmation does not mean a bank payout is complete.

Before you start
No. Customers pay a merchant-controlled receiving wallet. StablesPay provides payment requests, on-chain verification and merchant records; it does not hold private keys, custody, pool or move merchant assets.
A screenshot or submitted transaction alone does not prove an order is paid. StablesPay checks matching on-chain activity and the required network confirmations before marking the payment confirmed. Pending and mismatched payments still need follow-up.
No. On-chain confirmation and bank payout are separate events. Where enabled, you transfer stablecoins directly to an independent settlement partner, and that partner pays fiat to your bank. StablesPay coordinates quotes and records each stage.
On-chain payments do not use card-network chargebacks. Returns and payment mistakes still need a refund process, with order and on-chain evidence, review and merchant authorization. Recovery of mistaken payments is not guaranteed.
Supported assets, networks, checkout methods and export formats are confirmed during onboarding for your approved configuration. Customers need compatible self-custody wallets; centralized exchange withdrawals are not supported. Accounting integrations are confirmed individually.
