StablesPay Compliance
This page states the current operating boundary for the public pilot shell.
Current status
The public deployment is a pilot shell with no real-money production payments, no production AA wallet creation, and no production settlement enabled unless StablesPay explicitly approves those capabilities for a dedicated environment.
Fund flow
StablesPay coordinates payment requests, on-chain detection, merchant ledgers, exports, risk controls, and settlement coordination. If fiat payout is approved, the merchant works with an independent acquirer or settlement partner; StablesPay does not sit in the fund flow.
Refund and review controls
Unsupported payments, refund claims, wallet changes, and high-risk actions require manual review, merchant evidence, wallet signature checks, and approval controls before any operational action is taken.
